What are Fabric Structures?
Fabric structures are portable fabric buildings or temporary storage buildings that are designed to meet the demands of customers with heavy commercial and industrial applications. A Fabric Structure ranges in size from 12’ to 166’ wide by virtually any length. They are generally more complex structures designed to meet the rigorous demands of commercial, industrial and governmental applications.
Our fabric structures are engineered structures that meet the wind and snow load requirements of most building codes. Typically, fabric structures are offered in wind load ratings from 75 to 120 miles per hour with snow load or live load ratings ranging from 12 to 40 pounds per square foot. Certified engineering calculations and drawings are available for every fabric structure, although additional charges may apply.

Fabric structures range in size from 12' to 166' wide by any length. Most fabric structures up to 150'W generally do not require foundations, making them portable and relocate-able. They are perfect for temporary applications yet they are built to be used permanently. Virtually all fabric structures can be designed so they can be wheel mounted and crane lifted, making them the ultimate in portable weather protection.

What are Fabric Shelters?
Fabric shelters are temporary buildings or temporary shelters the primary difference between fabric structures and fabric shelters is that fabric shelter are available at low cost and at economy prices. Fabric shelter are for use by customers with light industrial, agricultural and home applications who want and need relatively small, low cost, temporary weather protection in situations where environmental loads are not of primary concern.
The Fabric Shelter line of products are available in either Quonset or Gabled styles. Economical clear span fabric shelters range in size from 12' to 100' wide in varying lengths. While most of the fabric shelters do not carry a specific wind or snow load rating there are literally thousands of these shelters in use around the country today.

In order to keep the prices of our fabric shelters very low they are offered in standard sizes and modifications can not be made, without adding to the cost. Because of the standardization these shelters typically sell for considerably less than a comparably sized Fabric Structure.

Standard fabric shelters are suitable for use when environmental factors do not exceed 50 MPH winds or snow loads greater than 20 PSF. However, we do offer a heavy duty option on most fabric shelters which makes them suitable for heavier snow loads.
Today there are literally thousands of these shelters in use around the world from the Caribbean and South Florida to Greenland and Alaska. Because it do not require foundations they are perfect for temporary use, however once installed a fabric shelter can be remain in use indefinitely.
